The IGF that guys are buying the peptide companies in the US are total crap compared to pharmacy IGF. I've seen first hand what it can do a few years ago and no it wasn't Increlex. I saw my friend put on 35 pounds over a 4 month period. He was going hypo on 7IU's a day. It took him a while to raise the dose. I can't remember what his top dose was I would have to ask but it wasn't anywhere near what these guys use with the US stuff with all the filler in it. The stuff my guy used looked like a drop of glue on the vial.

I agree.  Total crap compared to legit pharm IGF.  The aforementioned and higher doses of GH are what accounts for the huge increases in mass of the guys that train over there.  I have used IGF DES from my HRT doc, and there is definitely something in it that causes a massive pump, and immediate increase in fullness.  Makes me feel a bit 'off' so to speak, for a while after I take it, but there is something in it that works.  Not sure what it is, but would be fun to run some legit Increlex once.

My theory is that the LR3 version is ran at a way too low a dosage. Years ago I came across a paper saying the LR3 is equipotent to "straight" IGF-1. Increlex and the few other IGFs are used in multi-milligram amounts daily. I don't know where this idea of super quock desrnsitization came from.... I know Palumbo said 10mcg is  the most you can take. No doubt pulled out of his ass like most of what he says. My guess is about 3-400 times that is effective  
IIRC the body already produces several milligrams a day... which is why Increlex is used at such doses. So what is 1/10th - 1/100th of a mg going to do?

Quite the impressive gym. Lots of equipment, no women, tan area, pool, spa, sauna, spin room, aerobic room, cardio room, free weights, machines.

Had to look up Legend Equipment. Not impressed with benches without safety rails. All mine have them. Gym is quite dark. Worth a visit for sure.
