Probably due to the healthier, more nutritious food options you choose when dieting, or when leaner. I notice the same. Although, I'll still eat the nutrient-rich foods when carrying more body fat, it's the cookies on top of those foods that get me.

when i am leaner (bro science thinking)
1. less junk and less sugar, sugars jack my insulin levels up that alter my hormones and hence alter my skin?
2. cut back on the protein and the lesser protein is easier to digest? aka clean skin
over all, ive back on the grams of protein, this year has been a learning time for my body. trying to figure some shit out. im about to head to hot yoga in a bit. i feel like ive wasted the last 5 months (since my last show) but if i can use this time to sort some shit out - the last 5-6 months will not be a waste
