Most people know they will weigh all of 175 pounds if they actually got in great shape. So they walk around a bloated mess so they think they have some size. In actuality they look like complete shit, and anyone that knows anything knows better. To continue to make progress one should diet hard, as in a contest type diet regimen once a year, maybe twice, and then not blow back up into a bloated mess after. Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of guys that look great at 175 pounds, but you have guys walking around at 230, who if they actually got in shape would weigh 175. They think they'd be shredded at 215 though lol.
