Get a foreman grill and a few cooking pans

Bodybuilding is turning more and more into pagentry, everyone is hardass now too with the string tanks and the matching one for your water gallon of peace and despair

Get different marinades for your chicken, a decent size George foreman grill, one pot for rice or pasta and another for veg. You can even buy self portioned microwave veg now in any grocery shop. Literally half hour cooking makes four meals with fuck all clean up and you're in control of portion size.

Whats the difference between microwave meals at the grocery store and the shitty microwave meals from a "company" other than someone being a complete moron for paying way more money for the latter?   ???

Spoken like a true peasant.

You pay for meal prep for the same reason you pay someone to clean your car, handle your gardening, clean your house, etc., because your time is better, and more profitably spent, doing something else.

yea dude. core competency type shit. i work my ass off in sales so i can outsource pointless time wasting shit. i spent my teens washing dishes in cafes, worked at a car wash, ground crew/janitor.

and my goal was to able to afford to not do those at all. it is a form of motivation for me.

meal preps are fuckin legit, the more competition the better they are going to be/price wars. whole foods is stepping up to the game now.

rich meals come out to $8 a meal. so $24 a day for 3 solid meals, the other meals i would eat were cheap and simple. i am so glad I used it. im trying to sort out my diet needs and goals (tweaking things) and there is a good chance i will sign up for his meals again

*I cheat on my prep when i dont have food around
*I am very efficient with my money - if i know I paid for food already it will keep me from eating out
*I hate waste and they go bad, so i am dedicated to these meals -

room for less error and cheap enough and time savings to justify the cost

Opening a can of tuna takes less than half a minute...

Learn how to cook. You'll save a shitload of money. I bake several pounds of chicken and fish at a time, seasoned how I like them. Vegetables are easy to prepare.

Depends entirely on your definition of "shitload".

I think the savings aren't really worth concerning yourself about

lack of motivation right there, you sir are doomed to fail if you are over eating.

but if you mean by cheating as in having a sandwich as opposed to chicken and rice then it isnt cheating, its called flexible dieting

NO SUCH THING AS CHEATING ON CONTEST PREP UNLESS YOU EAT TOO MANY CALORIES.

What's the difference in a sandwich once in a while rather than plain chicken and rice if the calories are the same?

oh, and apart from rice cakes with my tuna mayo this last couple of weeks I haven't eaten a grain of cooked rice in 16 weeks.
I eat hollowed out bread rolls all the time.

I wouldn't trust any of these people to cook a meal without using some type of oil or butter in it to make it taste good.  They don't give a shit about anything but making it taste good so they get repeat customers, which means more money for them.  I don't care how busy someone is, if you can't find the time to prep your own meals, then you're just plain lazy.

Anybody tried a pre prep meal company like snap kitchen, fit foods (RIP), or 512 market kitchen and actually liked it? I believe these are mostly local to Austin, but I'm sure they  are similar ones everywhere. I ate fit foods a few times, out of desperation, and the food was decent.

There is no KROGER near you?...Every KROGER I have been in have prepared meals ready to cook.

This. American women don't cook and/or even really know how to cook anymore. I even had a bitch, yes she turned out to be a real bitch, pull the old "buy take out and pretend you cook it" trick. I thought only I did that ;D
