Lou suffered from Dennis James syndrome, walking around the gym in clothes looked like Mr Olympia, but in a thong far less impressive, but I agree great build just to tall for bodybuilding under the modern judging system of preference for the shorter dudes and their wider waists as opposed to the taller Arnold type versions. Modern bodybuilding sucks

Huge back,delts and chest always give the illusion of a smaller waist, so if waist looks to be 40 inches it has to be more than that.

He ain't so brilliant that he can avoid making obviously stupid statements about Ferrigno.  Lou's structure was awful.  His comeback was hype.

Aceto got Jay in really good shape, ONE time.
Chris' wife could never beat Lenda Murray. And Cedric could have come in better. Now, either it is luck on who Hany deals with, and Hany was Jay's guru (right?), but Phil was a phenom from the getgo. I often think it's luck that it comes down to, and Shawn Ray is right...if you give credit to guru for the good results, then give them cried for the bad results as well.
