In fact, MIT and the University of Virginia do not give out any degrees. They believe degrees should be earned. They don't give out honorary degrees or any other type of degrees unless the person completed ALL requirements. MIT believes degrees should be earned, not given.

He was fighting for his life seeing as how that mexican chased him down and tried to capture him.  He had no authority whatsoever to do so.  He was told by law enforcement numerous times to quit following him and he ignored them.
