We should form a HUI and buy the place and open it up to tourists who want to see the murder location.

This case will be getting lots of attention and the public just might line up at $20 a pop to do a morbid tour of a murder scene such as this.

Fifty of us should anti up $10.000 each and make an offer that they can't refuse and I'll live in the place and organize a tour that will draw them in by the thousands.

With those profits we can buy other crime scene homes in the valley and keep on rolling the profits into other real estate that would draw interest from the money paying ghouls/fans.

Yep, a Disclosure Statement will be required by State Law but that would be an asset if we bought it as a Hui.

That house is a typical tract home in Vegas. Nothing special at all. In fact that is a very plain looking house. And whats with the short ceiling in the bedroom.

Thats what i was saying about a weird design.

I bet it has a fair amount of square footage but it has some shitty design work.

A similar house in the Houston suburbs would sell for $200-$250k or so.

That's to be expected in a high-density upscale urban area, but not suburban Vegas. There's tons of empty land there, and construction labor is cheap.
