Hate to tell you this Coach but no judge in the United States is going to uphold that executive order.  If he wants it to stay, he'll have to change the Constitution.

If it goes to the 9th circuit, of course not but if it goes to a court that is actually law abiding it will stick. The only thing activist courts can do is slow the process but if and when it goes to the Supreme Court it's lights out. Obama isn't there anymore to coerce judges.

No we won't see....the executive order is meaningless...it cannot be enforced on any level.  Trump simply can't go and modify the US Constitution at will.

It seems like it's more of a feel good announcement for the perpetually offended and "persecuted" christians rather than a meaningful and substantial measure at this point. There does not seem to be a specific mention allowing political candidate endorsements from the pulpit.
