that was quite a surreal thread on mayhem . . . great evidence of the existence of groupthink.  All these guys first saying there was nothing wrong with Blaze's arms . . . then gradually acknowledging that the emperor actually did have no clothes, but still trying to keep up their "brotherhood" by refusing to say anything about it.

I can say that I would talk exactly the same to any of you in person as I did online, and the two or three hundred people that came up to me at the Gaspari booth at the Arnold a few weeks ago will all attest to that.

My physique is nothing great, and I am not in danger of breaking any lifting records. But I make a living doing what I love in the sport I love, I have a wife that's been my best friend for 17 years, and two great kids. If you want to bash me, go ahead, but POST YOUR REAL pics at least.

And about Gerry Blais' arms - I was joking. He is a very nice guy and he knows that I know what's up with his arms. As for Valentino, I do believe it's possible that his arms look like that from site-injecting regular gear in his arms 100's and 100's of times. I never in any way said his arms were actual muscle tissue that he had built.

I made a little site for my progress when I was ballooning up from 120 to 220 over a course of 2 years, about 4 years back now.
