of training does it normally take before one is at a tournament level of competition?  ???


yes i'm asking the usual newb questions for those that either want to and wont or those interested in general as to the dedication it would take to compete.

most tournaments have beginner/intermediate/advanced divisions .... so you can go right away

Almost all tournaments have skill levels, so you can start after a few months if you want.

If you mean MMA, i'd think you need to be comfortable enough on your feet/ground before you go in... Depends on the person how long that would take.
