As far as cravings last night, dude, that's nothing! When I have'em, it's much worse and to top in off, mine are ICE CREEEAAAMMMMM & CHOCOLATE! It's really BAD!

You did good though...didn't buy any of the crap at the store...yeah candy and stuff....don't be wandering in those aisles when your body is crying for some sh**t you know is hard to resist!

Don't worry FitChic 78, there's good news on the horizon!

Ice-cream is extremely low glycemic and has been shown to be the least fattening food on the planet!

...and chocoloate, ...it's very good for you.  :P

Studies commissioned by Hershey Foods and concluded in 2004 yielded results that were used to develop a line of chocolates that are actually good for you, answer the seratonin cravings, yet do not shunt calories into the fat cells.

Theses chocolates are not yet on the market, ...but as soon as they are, ...I'll be sure to announce it.  :D
