You hit each bodypart 3 times a week? Talk about overtraining.
Gotta disagree.. check out HST protocol for example. Or old school Iron Age stuff - entire body 3 times a week. If training your entire body is fine, limiting that to back and bis is also fine. Heavy back work stimulates the biceps depending on what movements you do, after they are warmed up from lats, a few BB or DB curls cooks em. If you do heavy chins, direct bicep work isn't even need a lot of times. I've done all the push pull, entire body, HIT, 6 day split etc. stuff over the years. I've trained Back and Bis for years with great results too. the Volume/Frequency/Intensity ratio is FAR more important than anything else.
OK doofus go over to http://www.hypertrophy-specific.com/index.html and brag about your vast BB and overtraining knowledge there. See YOU dont know shit about different training protocols.Next time you post a dickish comment in an otherwise good nature and fun thread have your facts correct first.
Who the f**k do you think you are asswipe? You have NO fucking clue who I am or what I look like. I know you are all safe and secure behind mommy's computer, but if ever make it out to Golds Venice we can train together and well see if you can hang with my "beginner routine"
when you drink the water you just swished around in the blender to rinse it
Well HIT and HST are on opposite ends of the spectrum Volume/Frequency wise. I've tried them both and for me, HST geared training (higher frequency/volume) works better than HIT. But that's me. Your mileage may vary. But that's not the point. The point is we were having a fun thread until Groink opend his big mouth like he's some sort of expert. Like I said before Groink, PM me if you ever make it out to Gold's Venice to train and we can see who's stronger/larger
Not too many of your pros train HST/HIT... it just doesn't give the growth you need...
STOP it.you know you'r a bber when ya take people with names like groink seriously
I guarantee I'm larger and more muscular than both of you twats. As far as training goes, I have devised a innovative split that enables you to hit every bodypart intensely in 5 days with no risk of overtraining.
Pros are concerned about growth, not strength.HIT is about burning the CNS, pure strength......not growth as much.HIT is not for everyone, alot of "Pros" couldn't do it correctly anyway.Have you seen how some of these "Pros" train?DIV
You callin me a twat bro?
Agreed...yes... heavy sometimes / sometimes 2 a day/ a bodypart 1 or 2 a week / with a pros sauce there is rarely a time they feel muscle soreness...Am I correct in that assumption?
No,dude. Toxie and Miser.
meltdown.
Yes.Considering that most of these IFBB pros are on over 2G's of Test per week PLUS other anabolics, they are not likely to feel "sore"......ever. They don't train to failure many times, just to get volume in, simply for growth. For them, HIT would be pointless and probably detrimental, unless it's to shake things up between workout schedules.I could see a pro using HIT for pre-contest prep, to avoid overtraining.....DIV
"hang with your routine?" another shred of evidence that you suck at bbing. the first being you train each bodypart 3x a week, the second is back/bis chest /tris. Let me take another stab. you believe that you must eat 1.5 grams ot protien per lb of bodyweight, right? BWAHAHAHAHA!!! put down the FLEX magazine. And by the way anusbreath, I'm 5'11" 245. I'll come out to Gold's,embarrass you, piss in your mouth, fvck your wife in the ass and then make you detail my car
