i'm in training biceps and i get done with barbell curls and i start hammer curls and i'm on my last set with the 85's and there's a 22 year old kid on the flat bench 5'7" 145 lbs. benching a pair of 50's and i say, "damn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how did you get so fuckin' strong, 50's!!!!!!!!! you're a beast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hahahahaha.
