I got a funny one happend today, I was working out and i see this indian guy comes in wearing shorts. I tell u he looked like he came out of concentration camp, about 6'1 and 110 lbs, (its not even funny) His lower body calf area was about as big as my wrist. He went on to the smith machine doing squats he piled on 2 plates and 25 a side. I was like wtf, this guys legs gonna break. He proceeded do go under the rack to only move the bar about quarter of an inch, with his legs spread from one end of the rack to another. lol, I seriously thought he will rip his knees apart, i came up to him, being a trainer i just could not stand idiots like that. so i told him he is not doing jack shit and he needs to focus on form, stretching the muscles. lenghening and shortening.lol, next thing i know he puts 3 plates a side, doing same shit. lol. Fucking idiot.
