That's probably true, but he wasn't always against a bit of dressing up.  For example, does anyone else remember his WBF 'Giant Killer' skit?  I haven't seen it for 20+ years (and Google was not my friend) but I seem to recall it involved him with a caveman club (skipping?) amongst some giant stage mushrooms or something?  Little help?
