announced it on his Instagram today....will do a show in the summer "hasn't decided which one yet" and will bring his best physique yet....lmfao....waiting for full story on CNN tonight

Needs to incorporate plate-loaded Hammer Strength leg extensions superset with Cybex hack squat. This is a sure-fire way to gain 2 inches on your legs in 8 weeks.

My prediction, albeit a bold one. He will stop training upper body or only do circuit training as cardio and train only his legs 3x a week and then he will compete in Classic Physique with a downsized upper body from the Olympia, but improved legs, against Flex Wheeler.
