shelly was awesome. Really nice to me. Never was fond of Ramano. Not like I knew him. My impression was he was like the little dog in the cartoon jumping around spike when he'd hang around the famous bb in Venice. Like they "tolerated" him.

He wrote an article about his gyno surgery about 10 years or so ago back when I used to read MD. There were some before and after pictures. It looked like crap in the after. He had the melted nips look and I'm not sure what happened.

Skin elasticity worsens with age .. depending on how old he was when he had his gyno removed (as well as the size of the gyno), sagging skin may have been unavoidable.

He said some pretty controversial stuff about IFBB officials and that the shows were rigged but its now water under the bridge.  Honestly, I think that John Romano doesn't want to be part of the "bodybuilding scene" anymore.  He moved to North Carolina.  Billy Guns is in N.C as well.  They've obviously taken mine and True Adonis advice about the benefits of living in the Carolinas. 


I expect that Romano however will likely make the move to Florida....mainly due to the rise of  anti-aging clinics opening up in the area.  Lot of business opportunities there in that area and all the bee pollen and cayenne pepper that you can get your hands on

Anti Aging clinics are done to death.  Too many in S FL now and many are going under and filing bankruptcy

What we really would need is a drug, which forces one to see himself like others see him. I mean this dude look like shit, but he think he look great. No he doesn't, he look just like shit, and everything else is only in his mind..

He looked pretty good years ago but at the same time for a 50 something years old guy who still trains and has tons of injuries this is what you get. In all bluntness for a 50 something he looks decent although busted up. 99% of us will be in a similar situation in our fifties if we still train, trt/juice or not
