I don't give a damn what anyone says, Palumbo was EXTREMELY IMPRESSIVE in his prime. I mean, just fuckin' slabs of muscle on muscle. And conditioning that was other-worldly.

How tall is Dave again ? I remember him saying on RX that at one point in time he weighed over 300 lbs. At that was with abs lol. I mean, come on folks.

Daves 5-10.5 or 5-11.

I remember see a picture of Dave & Anthony D-Arrezzo or spmething (the guy who of a heart attack at the Masters Nationals trying to get his Pro card maybe five or six years ago. I believe Dave was there as well backstage helping out ) the Jr USA's one year each carrying a bag of McDonald's and both wearing matching NPC tank tops both were over 300 I think Dave in that picture was 310. That was around the same time Curtis Leffler was 3:10 or 3:20 with paper thin skin and about as fast as any body builder has ever been

Dave seems like an intelligent guy so I never understood why
he didn't make adjustments when his midsection started morphing
into an alien like bodypart.
He is still in denial about it; because it ruined his overall look.
He was too caught up in getting bigger.
His saving grace was his genetically very thin skin that gave him
a freaky look.

Also notice dave has the "special" new balance shoes. Usually you have to buy those from a diabetic as you can usually only get them with a medical order. They sure beat the state-issue "fake" converse and shitty boots (unless you were on housing crew and got Hi-Tec's.. Got my Hi-Tecs cuz i did the landscaping and landscape design for the prison & got some numbskull to issue me some).

Think Dave was in feds though.. Quite a bit different/easier, except you dont get a personal tv.

6000 cals is more than enough for anyone, you can get that with calorie dense foods as opposed to large amounts of chicken rice and potatoes.
Once your protein requirements are met then its all relative.

He was tall 5'11" he could carry a lot of weight in his powerful frame, he Allso was very handsome blue eyes in person and manlier.  A true alpha, the flamboyant approach came later in life actually as he got smaller.

I would say 5' 10" to be accurate. I'm a little over 5' 9" and was standing next to him at the NOC. He wasn't 2'' taller probably, the same height I had shoes with a heel on.

I never understood what all the fuzz was about Dave selling HCG instead of HGH.One thing I can tell you for sure is that people have been doing this since early 90's even maybe earlier.I have witnessed it firsthand at least since then.Long gone are the times of trash bags, spare tires and large duffel bags full with HCG.People I knew ''employed'' whole families to take the labels off after soaking them in a bathtub first /the hard part/ and stick the new labels on.I've seen world's top athletes from West Europe coming to three different dealers to get their supplies on a regular basis and yes they were getting HCG instead of real HGH which was used by the dealers and their closest friends.I am eager to believe that Dave was misled as well and sold it unknowingly to other people and even used it on himself.Even then the fake Parabolan was in full swing before anyone could even think that it might be counterfeit.But who knows and who cares.Just my two cents.
