It's like a "Men's Health" cover... only he's about as unhealthy as it gets!  He looks 10-15 years older than he actually is, too.

I've traveled through the Czech Republic and Baltic nations, and that part of Eastern Europe is Mole City.  Smoking hot young women, but so many of them have tons of moles on their arms, chest, etc.  Kind of the norm.

I second this. Eastern Euro people have lots of moles, and Pete being Polish, its not that shocking that he's covered in them.
