The guy is in better shape than anyone in the video.
It's great that he enjoys his vegan way of life but he's a little too preachy for my liking.

I recall that, and thought he looked 6'3 before...but next to 6'2 Piana, he looks no less than a strong 6'4.

They use centimeters in Europe and Canada.  It's quite obviously 18-19 cm.

He's clean, tall and athletic looking

Looks way better than the oil and roid guys and most women prefer such a natural and tall physique I think

Melvin "Vince" Goodrum said that seeing VG's plight was the reason why he did not go "all in" with YouTube.

Because I'm sure Melvin would have enjoyed the same level of view per-video success as VG had he put more effort into it.  ::)

I could see Matt C saying that, but his channel has something like 17 million views.

Screw his diet!  ANY BODYBUILDER ON HIS DIET would definitely make it clear years later that that diet was the reason why they Never1AShow!

I sell 50 dollars in supplements and I have a return of 20 bucks after expenses.  I would have to have a video with over 380k views just to make that same amount at this point.  VG's Patreon account was a smart choice as people are directly contributing to him and he's getting over 2k a month in donations.  He's lost a lot of size though.


Honestly, I don't know if I would have had the same success but I don't regret directly controlling my income
