I'm sure some low wage cop downthere just wanna make a name for himself....what the fuck they consider drunk driving these days?.....people have different tolerance for alcohol.....I had one shot of tequila one night and was stopped on my way home for not stopping fully at a stop sign around 2am......the fucker told me he smells alcohol on me and if I was drinking...duh....told his ass I had one drink, he proceeded to have me stepout of the car and did some routine check and he let me go.....I know each state has their own alcohol limit law, but if a guy is reaching the alcohol limit, does that always mean he's drunk?.....fuck no.....my state now consider "having a buzz" is drunk driving
