just buy two 20ft steel storage containers  you can cut outs for windows doors ect 20k for alot of space

Fun if you want to play Kahn N. Singh on Ceti Alpha 5 and hold parties where you put bugs in people's ears but otherwise not much point.  You'll basically pay for a box and pay transport charges instead of buying cladding.  And for your reward you'll get to live in a shipping container.
