Majority of time spent for a bber is in the kitchen unless they do some heavy duty prepping over the weekend. Yates stated his full time job was eating not lifting weights.

i think so unless we're talking health reasons but this is pro bodybuilding so we're not

i dont think the difference between first and dead last mr olympia comes down to phil heath's eating habits being superior.

if eating is so hard we should be full of admiration for the increasing number of people of the us, germany, dubai etc who get fatter ever year

maybe they can start making videos of how much they eat each day and people will applaud them on youtube
