Anyone else like this? I worry about my family members and friends' happiness more than my own. I worry that they are depressed or not enjoying life and I worry that its my responsibility to make them happy. Even if it's just for a few hours or a day. Because I know that we all worry about what's going to happen when we grow old and die and I want to make them as happy as I can because life can be depressing and lonely. This hits me especially hard when breaking up with old girlfriends. I would always worry that they would spiral into depression because of the breakup and it made me miserable thinking about it. I feel like we all deserve to have someone deeply care about us and I feel like it's my role to be that person who loves unconditionally.

not even 1% of me worries about other peoples happiness. There are maybe 5 people on this planet I would give a shit about if they bit it, but other than that nope. Now dogs on the other hand, its vital that they are happy all the time. Now thats important

You let a woman know that last bit and she will suck your soul out through your wallet.

Sure it's not just vanity that can't bear someone thinking bad of you?  You are a thongster, after all.

With time your heart will change. Otherwise you will be eaten alive in this world.

You are simply more evolved than most, most people see the world in a dualistic mindset, which unfortunately is the path of suffering.

Keep the big heart, keep your compassion, don't practice idiot compassion, however.

Worrying is no way to live life. I put plenty of time and effort into my immediate families' happiness. Other people can deal with their own happiness.

I worry about my wife and that`s it.

Me I`ve never truly been happy except for a few fleeting moments due top my mental disorders.

I loose sleep worrying about whether or not other people train legs. I get so pissed about dudes wearing jeans in the gym and then it stays on my mind all day. Whether or not a person I don't know trains a particular body part at the gym really concerns me.
