Starting Strength isn't a bad read...until you get to his deadlift techniques. Doesn't matter what he looks like.

Im sure he was in better shape when he was younger.

Diet, change or priorities and life experiences can change a person physique drastically from 30 to 50.

Some are very blessed in the genetics department and can still look relatively young at 40-50.
