Haney is a good person. Not just in bodybuilding but over all life as well. I used to work out at his gym in Atlanta. Had a lot of talks with him when he would be in. He is very approachable and very down to earth. The man had solid advice that helped me out a lot of times.

Nice. I dropped about 50lbs in a year w circuit training and HIIT w little muscle loss. Shit takes time. Just stay at it

I may compete sooner than that. Really depends on when I'm in striking range. I'll have to find someone to help out the day before. Certainly can't get ________ to come. Isn't into bodybuilding

Honesty you look maybe 50lbs over competition weight. Not hating on you but that's what I see. And I doubt you're A big gear user so 10wks might be a tad too soon.
