I like how these exercises are always named the Bulgarian hip raise or the Turkish glute thrusters.

Whenever I'm in the gym and I see someone trying to reinvent the wheel I look at the recent Men's Health and I find it. Seems every celeb personal trainer wants to invent their signature exercise. Then again I'm doing Goblet squats in the gym now so I'm no better.

He's 39 and still plays at a high level. Trains at 3:30am on early days 4:30am on his late days. Spends over $500k a year just on recovery.

Maybe if he didn`t do stupid stuff in the gym it would save him 500,000 a year.

Not too bright at all all.  I have to ponder that if not for the NFL, I doubt he could even run a Watermelon stand in Detroit even.
