and they he seemed pretty sure Vince was going to skip in prep for Olympia...

Jablonicky beats chick if his abbs are spot on.  He had the best abbs IMO, in the last 10 years.  The rest ain't to shabby either.

IMO it's turning out to be a decent show, would be awesome if Vince T showed up. I think the wild card in this is if Strydom shows up. Could get real interesting.

We are a week out or so and I don't understand how promoters do not know who is going to be there in order to announce.

Day of show it's like ....

Stage Boy.... Hey Bob Promoter Jim Quinn just showed up and wants to compete
Bob Promoter....Awesome!!! The 20 ppl in the crowd wil be real excited.

How can a show expect to sell on just Bob's name alone as he is the only definitive, confirmed participant.

Sounds like the NABF shows I worked.  Somebody would show up contest day.  If they had a card it was a trip back stage, take off your shirt, OK now sign on the dotted line and that will be 50 bucks thankyou.   Oh Yea, it went under.  1 more natural federation down the drain.  Just what bodybuilding needs.

If the news is good, TALK IT UP.
If the news is bad, dont' talk about it.

If Pavel Jablonicky shows up, Bob's in for some serious competition. They guy has an awesome physique and can come in with awesome conditioning without hurting himself. Hell, Pavel was in the 89 Olympia AND the 2004 Olympia (plus some in between)

 Pavel has been losing sharpness to his physique though, so it remains to be seen what kind of condition he can bring. Didn't he almost win the NOC once?
