We were never born and we never die. We transition from one plane to another depending on our actions. By us being gettbiggers, it clear we were all sods last time around. Better luck Batman

This is hard truth and difficult for most people to accept.  After you die and 50-75 years pass (even if you were very loved/cherished by your family/friends) you are essentially forgotten as if you had never lived... your work and contributions to life/society did not matter, nor were they recognized... you're just some name on a tombstone.  Go and look at the majority of the tombstones in the cemetery... they have no flowers or any visitors.  Life is just a blink, then you are gone.
