Mr Anabolic, Wasn't that the main reason why these lotteries were established in the first place?
If so, it seems to be working well, but I do agree that they should change the amount of the expected winnings to the amount one would actually receive
And the IRS and the State Tax Boards should allow the amount that the state gets to be a deduction on the Federal and State tax returns.
Or something like that.
BTW, a family member won a lottery twice. Each winning amount was over one-million.
And there are a number of winning lottery systems available if anyone is interested.
Each system devised by various lottery users.
