I don't think there's a formal agreement or anything, but if MD wanted to make GB look bad, they failed miserably at it.  They are probably GB's #1 supporter.

Considering the fact that Ron allows Cara to spam the site with upcoming MD covers, there is some degree of alliance there.

If he didn't want them here, he could make it so they couldn't spam.

Ron is independent.  He does his work on the side.

It's just that MD likes the free publicity.  I would imagine alot of the people here buy that magazine, regardless of what they actually admit to.

Same here, although a lot of the haters from the boards are "young in's", there are a few over 30 that act like this is their 1st time through puberty. Once I bought an MD mag I quit buying the others.

  I think GETBIG is a nightmare to BB publications...

  I used to drool over the next issue of MD...now I can take it or leave it. The reason is...the information here is quick! Even though I may still pick up a copy of next months MD...it seems boring or even odd to read about the ASC in late April or May.

  MD does work to improve what they offer. It's kind of an oxymoron though to read a question/answer from someone like Dexter who is a genetic freak. I laugh when diet/cardio questions are in his collumn...how does it apply to us? He doesnt do cardio or even need to eat chicken/broccoli for 14 weeks. Still...it isnt as insulting as FLEX with their 'Ask Mr. Olympia'. Talk about ghost-writing! Then again...the market is 'the newbs' they dont know better anyway so we shouldnt complain.
