The 2003 ASC was a complete travesty of bodybuilding judging.  MD pointed this out:

1st - Mass monster (Jay Cutler).
2nd - Not a mass monster (Chris Cormier).
3rd - Mass monster (Markus Ruhl).
4th - Not a mass monster (Dexter).

Also, if Markus Ruhl is 5'10, how tall is Jay?  5'6?   ???

maybe Jay really is short! Look at the shots of him and Markus as compared to him vs. Ronnie in 2003.  Both Ronnie and Jay dwarf Jay in terms of height (and mass for that matter).

nah man! Jay is supposedly 5'9" anyway i think he's 5'8"  Ruhl owned him there. He shoulda won... synthol? Where?

Ruhl needs triceps. if he's in his best conditioning and gets his triceps up he'd be as good as anyone.

add heiko to the movie as well.

ruhl's back aint that bad.  his back double bi could use some more work, but his lat spread is pretty thick.

i work out here at dfw airport and have seen jay come through a few times...


he is short...my guess was about 5' 6-7" at best based on the height of the counter he was ordering from..where only his head could see over...  :-\
