Lat Shot tore something

Ok I did a lat shot about 3 weeks ago Did not seeem to bad at time did both sides I think 2ccs each

The left side still has something wrong with it  when I stretch it I feel pain

Its not a lump just a pain Any ideas what it could be? I do multi cc shots in delts/quads/glutes all the time buit this is a weird pain

Is it possible I tore something with a shot?

Best case scenario is that you simply aggravated the site.  I have had these issues when I pin at abnormal angles and the needle shakes or moves around a bit. Worst case, you could have infected the site or even suffered a minor tear.  There is predominantly more bacteria in that area assuming you pin yourself under the arm from the front.  It sounds like a hard self stick area unless you have long arms.  My arms don't reach those areas anymore.  Wiping my own ass is hard enough these days (now I understand the bidet system  ).  Anyhow, an infection would feel hot at the site.  Hope it gets better for ya.

My guess would be a traumatic injection, leading to a hematoma which is just taking a bit longer to heal.  Doesn't sound like anything to worry about.

just chill and it will be cool...... that happend to me 2 weeks ago in the quad and I thought I would have to get it amputated but it quit after a few days

what did you do move th needle all around in the muscle?
that would be the only way you would have tore something.
stick to the basics!!!! or stop bitching!!!!

You didn't tear anything, sounds like swelling to me......

Just some stiffness....

Not that big of a deal.....

Look in to some massage.
