What is your opinion on planting petunias?

Fuck petunias...minature roses planted in the ground...drip irrigation to lower your water bill (whenever you spray water through the air you lose dougble digit amounts due to evaporation and missed spray.)  Plant them in a tomato cage.  cutting the parts that get too long...this will make it bush out and bloom...spray with an insecticide labeled for use on roses...when the blooms are spent, cut them off to encourage fresh blooms...use a soil moisture content meter to know when to irrigate...there are modules that will do this automatically.

Somedays you own the business, some days it owns you. Managing people is the worst part of it, that and the fact that your $12 an hour guy has your phone number just like your $30 and hour guy. I have 29 employees right now and it's the worst part about owning a business. If I could clone myself and some of my other people, I'd cut a quarter of my workforce.

Hell I got 3 jobs. Own a company, run IT/billing in my parents business, work as needed in one of my brothers companies doing some business functions. All related fields but different so no conflict of interest.

Because it's up to the PM & install techs to perform magic by implementing all the promises made by the salesperson in an unreasonable time-frame within budget, without change orders, all outside of normal business hours.
