Somedays you own the business, some days it owns you. Managing people is the worst part of it, that and the fact that your $12 an hour guy has your phone number just like your $30 and hour guy. I have 29 employees right now and it's the worst part about owning a business. If I could clone myself and some of my other people, I'd cut a quarter of my workforce.
