So you can't protect your business and your family. This was in Washington. I'm sure the justification of this sentencing was as justified as SEATTLE's 9 circuit "Muslim Ban".

Pretty much. I suspect the reason he got 8 years was becausing the guy was fleeing. I believe you cannot shoot someone who is fleeing because they are no longer considered a threat. But perhaps one of our resident getbig lawyers can step in and provide information.

The people who make the laws largely have no idea what's it's like to have their wife shot, their life threatened, and end up in a gun fight.  

I think society should always err on the side of the law abiding citizen when some dindu brings the fight to him.

No way to prove it but this chinaman probably saved lives by taking this scumbag out.
