Wow!!! Let see if she actually does recuse herself. As much as I'd like to think she would have the integrity (like Sessions did) I doubt she would.

I wouldn't hold my breath. Kagan was involved in Obamacare advocacy before being appointed and didn't recuse herself.

Apparently the 9th Circuit doesn't know the laws which is why they get overturned over 80% of the time. Even they they get pwned in the end.

There have to be repurcussion for that or they can continue to stall policies.
