another protein/diet q or 2
« on: June 26, 2017, 09:56:29 AM »
Charles put 'em on the Glass,  Dante and sons, 15, and the max ot protocol all advise up to 2 grams of protein per pound

currently I'm at 1.5 and it's going well but I'm wondering if I should just go ahead and bump it to 2

here's my current diet

break: 400 grams cottage chesse

lunch: 3 cans of tuna and 1 roman noodles

din-din: 400 grams of chicken or turkey

that's 250 grams of protein and maybe about 1500 cals

so are the 4 horseman,  Glass, Dante,  15, and max-ot guy correct  ???

1500 calories is the recommended caloric intake for an 8 year old boy, you are creating tremendous amounts of metabolic damage, where do you find these diets? Eating disorder of peace.

For boys, ages 4 to 8, the American Heart Association recommends that they consume approximately 1,400 to 1,800 calories per day. malnourishment for the win!

I'm just trying to get all possible information  on the subject

those 4 say up to 2 grams and in fact the max-ot guy says 2 grams minimum

also since I'm taking in very low fat and carb maybe I should go up to 2?

I'm wwanna lose fat fast as it sucks ass having an ab skinfold @ 22 mm :-X

but it is ready down to 20 mm

once you get it down to 12-14 then ill add some cals and carbs back in

final goal is 6-8 mm

I had it down to sub-4 mm but that was too damn lean

read lyle McDonald's fastest fat loss

it's basically an all protein diet

but the that's nothing new cybergenics had the exact same protocol back in the 90s with their14 day rapid fat loss program

Lol..why do you think your weight keeps fluctuating dude, you are malnourished and metabolically fucked, you are in a continuous cycle and just creating more damage to your system, your diet is completely void of nutrients, fiber, vitamins, minerals. It's unsustainable and not to mention damaging vital things like your thyroid. Good times.

it fluctuates coz I change my caloric intake rather drastically

btw,  I won't have to stay on this current diet long, 2-3 weeks tops
