Your best bet is to start incorporating more fitness type activities: hiking, biking, swimming, yoga, maybe some light lifting, get lean as possible. Forget about steroids and move into test and gh and maybe weed. Look at what Yates is doing, he's got the right idea, lives in a nice warm climate, big into biking, yoga, and weed. Nothing more pathetic then a 50 year old dude still running tren, wearing wife beaters and bandanas to the gym, rolling up on their Harley, still trying to hang on to the "glory days." Oh and cut the protein way down, the amount of protein intake required to put on muscle is seriously overinflated, look into tons of fresh veggies, fruits, nothing processed, focus on fiber intake and nutrient rich foods, all that protein is super acidic, creates tons of inflammation, taxes the kidneys, and is generally not healthy especially in your 50's.
