Appointed out for years when guys bring up concerns about toxicity and being leery of running 100 or 150 mg a day for longer than 4 or 6 weeks that the recommended dos for a young child 70 - 80lbs with anemia is between 300 and 450 mg per day for a minimum of 6 to 9 months.

Now that's the recommended dose for a child in poor health... and bodybuilders typically grown men in good health weighing 220 lb freak out about taking a 150 mg for longer than 6 weeks LOL.
