When I moved back home from college I had a sweet man cave basement setup, my parents even had my own private entrance built, so I could come and go and bring "guests" home without it ever being weird. My parents have a huge basement, nice and remodeled, had a gaming area with neon beer signs, pool table, bar, flat screen tv, nice bed.  Had many good times down there, brought home tons of girls, free food, laundry always fresh, couldn't complain. Saved up a bunch of money after a few years moved out by 25 and bought my own condo.

You are being narrow minded. In some cultures, it is normal to live with multiple generations (kids, parents, grandparents) for most of, if not all of your life.

Yup this. Us whites, ( and blacks) kick kids out early. Hispanic cultures the kids stay there and are responsible to provide for the family as well.
