Do you watch videos of people you admire and want to be like?

Do you play your favorite music?

Do you drink a special tonic or pre-workout elixir?

Do you jump around and get the blood flowing?

Do you read inspirational quotes?

Somebody on this very site once said that they had a long, hand written list of all the bad things that had ever happened to them in life. Every snide comment. Every dirty look. Every mocking. Every argument. Every accusation. Every low point. They said that they would read that long list prior to each weight training session.

Pussy is my motivation.  I want to continue to look good as possible for as long as possible so I can retain the interest of attractive women.  I despise old ugly women and I refuse to associate with them.
