Meal 3: Almonds, coffee with Splenda, gluten free brown rice 2 cups.
Meal 4: Protein bar
Meal 5: Erwtensoep made with organic peas, Appeltaart with fat free whip cream.
Meal 6: Flank steak 8oz, almonds and fresh granola.
Meal 7: Bami Goreng 8oz bowl
Meal 8: Slice of Granny Smith apple.
Meal 9: Fresh Tuna steak, Ox steak both 6oz
Meal 10 Bitterballen 4 meat balls, almonds
Meal 11: Protein shake made from lactaid whole organic milk.
Meal 12: Pffertjes with extra milk,whey protein added-4 cakes.
With a typical day like this its easy to see why Barry is fueled and his metabolism is on constant high speed mode. In order to GET BIG YOU MUST EAT...CLEAN, FREQUENT, PROTEIN/CARB/FAT MEALS THROUGHOUT THE DAY. If you follow Barry's meal plan and workout like Barry it doesn't mean you'll look like him.
