Helpful Advice For BeTheir:)

GoodMorrow!

We all know physical activity can help reduce stress that can cause you to become angry. Typically if you feel your anger escalating, go for a brisk walk or run, or spend some time doing other enjoyable physical activities but in BeTheir's case this is not helping. Yes, BeTheir everyone knows you work out, that's not the issue. The issue is your constant confrontational attitude that seems to be running out of control. Now I have examined and gone over numerous posts by you and it seems that you conduct yourself at certain times here and maybe those times are your most stressful.

At those times you post is it during time at home when you are with family members that maybe you don't measure up to or "nag"  you into doing "honey do" lists or picking up around the loft?  Does your child's messy room drive you crazy? Close the door. Is your partner late for dinner every night? Schedule meals later in the evening — or agree to eat on your own a few times a week. Remind yourself that anger won't fix anything and might only make it worse.
I'm thinking you come to GetBig as a "safety valve"  or "pressure relief valve" of sorts to blow off that built up anger. BeTheir that will not help but only alienate you from the good folk that come here and love the sport of bodybuilding.
One issue I have not touched on is age. You are in your late to early fifties/sixties and that could be weighing on you. Its difficult. You get old, people don't notice you. You sit at a bar, sipping your Jim Beam Black, neat now, no water, no ice, when a pretty woman in her 40s sits next to you. You smile at her, say hi. She looks at you and through you around the bar.
You start eat dinner at 4 p.m., with your wife. You talk about the day, then save half of each of your pork chops, wrapped in Saran wrap, for tomorrow's dinner. Your refrigerator is stocked with leftovers. Susie wants to throw them out in a day or two, but you stop her, turn the wilting asparagus, the sautéed mushrooms, a few grape tomatoes into a lovely frittata for dinner. You get old, you hate to waste things.
This can be hard to take. But I also believe something else is steering the wheel here. I think the abuse of Artificial hormones have wrecked havoc on our body and mind. I think you still believe you're 20 something and lets face it, the hormones make you feel like it, but its one big lie. The body can only do so much...its suppose only do so much at your age. But...you keep pushing it, faking it to believe it can but the only one your faking is yourself.
I hope you can calm down and just start being friendlier and nicer on this board. If you want PM and I'll give you some strategies on becoming more of a productive member of GetBig. Its time you cry for everyone but yourself because you have lived a wonderful life, and you wish that every person, every pet, could live such a life too. When you were young, you cried only for yourself. Change it NOW!!!!
