Old? It is so old, that you need new definitions for the word "old" to tell how old it is. Even the gym has been demolished something like 15 years ago. How about this: I bet that for every one moronic Finnish training video, there is 100 000 moronic training videos from USA. Yes, morons like gym's in every country you can name, and that isn't much at all.
