Clen timing?

How many times a day would you recommend to take your clen?  120 mcg all at once in the morning, 60 mcg morning and 60 mcg at 5:00 pm, or 40 mcg morning, 40 mcg noon, 40 mcg 5:00???

Also, how much potassium and Taurine do you all take to minimize cramping?

Divide it all up bro...theres no way id take 120 all at once...id be shakin and sweatin and my heart would feel like it was gonna explode...i take 40mcg upon awakening, another 40mcg around 10am...then a final 40mcg at around 2 or 3pm....i find it easier to space the dosages out to about 4hrs apart...if i take it around 5 or 6pm i can forget about sleeping.   I reccomend to ramp it up slowly to see how you will respond to it...ive heard of some people who dont feel a thing from it even at 150-200mcg a day and then theres some like me who it sends into a shakin sweatin rampage...all in all I LOVE CLEN though!!!!  good luck bro!

I usually take about 500mg of potassium when taking clen. I always take between 5-15grams of Taurine regularly (more on training days).

Depends on when you workout.

If it's early, then take the full dose early.

That way you can dose the Potassium and Taurine without having to worry about cramping during a workout, as you might later in the day.  One thing you never want is Clen cramps.......they are pretty bad and once they start, taking additional potassium won't kick in 'till much later.

I say 120MCG early.....then take your chances late.

Clen is not something to play with.

half life is 36 hours..thats a long half life..if ya wana sleep ..then right before cardio and cardio should be in the morning

Thanks for the replies.

I heard that you need to be carefull when taking clen right before cardio, that your body can "heat up" too much.  Just a rumor?

Clen will raise your body temp. Nothing too drastic though. Or at least I've never seen anything too drastic with it (but I've only taken over 120mcg a couple times, mostly I stick to about 100mcg).

My question deals with timing also....my show is Sat. and it is Mon. Currently I am taking 110mg of clen divided up 3 times daily. When should I stop taking it? My bodyweight in the morning is 121 and before I go to bed usually 128.

clen is a walk in the park compared to ventolin (albuterol) nebulisers and seritide inhalers ... everytime i yawn my throat cramps up and i have to stick my tongue out and shout 'aahhh' to get it uncramped.

the 'hot flushes' i get after usin it is chronic too .. i feel like a menopausal woman...

What about tupper up and down? How many days should you tupper up the dosage until you reach the desire amount?
If i decide to take 160mcg for 2weeks, how many days should i spend on tuppering up until i reach 160mcg? If i spend a week on tuppering up, can i take clen for 3weeks in a row instead of 2?

don:t tapper down.  increase it by 20mcg every 2 of 3 days.

No, but it depends on how you react it. Some people can increase it 40mcg every two or three days.

I take all 120MCG at once in the morning and plan out potassium and Taurin accordingly.
