it's simple, he hates getting old and misses the respect and admiration being a top bodybuilder gives you

at his best 20 years ago arguably no man looked better, none if you asked me, he's aged and isn't what he used to be and that's hard to take

His time in placing high is over and fatherhood has kicked in a long time ago

That's why he is lifting big weights again, cause that's one area that hasn't left him yet and he's getting praise and admiration from his fans, this time during the social media era, something that wasn't there back then

That's exactly what happened but no there isn't any science in it at all it's a crap shoot and you'll usually lose.

That was nothing more than different lighting.

The press conference had a ton of shadowing that turned it into a bit of a kamali kitchen classic.

Side poses looked great, obviously the legs were not there but the upper body is amazing, let alone a for a 70 50 year old guy.
