Why does everyone keep making a big deal out of the way Bob trains?  Do you guys really expect a 40 year old man to go balls out on heavy compound movements when he's 10 days out from a show?  Besides, even if he trains this way year-round it seems to have worked for him so can we please drop this asinine subject?
