Most wrestlers use as much gear as bb pro competitors except diuretics and such?

Actually they don't

He said top wrestlers, not jobbers or mid card. I would agree with him.

For example Bret Hart was making 3 million a year in WCW. Divide that by 365 is around 8,000 a day. Doubt guys finishing outside top 10 in the Olympia make 8 grand.

Not even close. WWF would have survived. They were too big to fail, with almost zero competition, much as they are now.

Bodybuilding is a weird subculture, its not popular at all if you compare it to other "sports"

Show wrestling would've never become this popular when they looked like Joe the plumber

Pot calling the kettle black. I guess wrestling implies sort sort of athleticism but calling it a sport would pretty much like saying Transformers is a documentary.

I know you're trolling, but they benefit from the principles of weight training

of course they do, but they dont depend on competitive bodybuilding to maintain their own sport as was suggested above.

The only comparison made with competitive BB was about drug use, not the training principles or whatsoever

When I said without bodybuilders professional wrestling would have been dead a long time ago I meant that the pro wrestlers that got over and we're popular and physiques like bodybuilders or where action bodybuilders for failed bodybuilders themselves. Look at Hulk Hogan & Superstar Billy Graham.. Sting was a wannabe bodybuilder b4 wrestling.. Most the popular guys has physiques that looked like comic book characters. All my favorites were "bodybuilders", my top 2 favs like Ultimate warrior (as a kid)& Scott Steiner (in high school, upntil I quit watching. In 99. Is watch just tonsee what he'd do).. But there was also Rick rude,  Paul Orendorph, British bulldog, jimmy snuka, road warriors, sid vicious, warlord, lex lugar, dino bravo, macho man, Kerry von erich... Etc etc..   Esp the dudes in the 80's& early 90s, i know for me personally and for most my friends growing up, if all the wrestlers had physiques that resemble Roddy Piper, Ric Flair, and Jim Duggan I probably never would have watched... Or at least quit watching just as soon as i started watching in 1985-1986 (i remember specifically watching Hulk Hogan get beat up rolling over to his side and vomiting on the map while watching on our living room floor in my Garfield sleeping bag and thinking there's no way a dude who looksd like hogan could loose.. LoL).
