What improvements did Haney make from '83 to '84?

He became pro in '82 and competed at the Mr. O in '83 and came in 3rd. Starting in '84 he started his winning streak of Olympia wins until '91 when he retired. What did Haney bring to the table in '84 that wasn't there in '83 other than going from 230 pounds to 240 pounds?

Haney is overrated.  It occurs.  It is likely that any improvements were gotten by taking more drugs.  Oh wait!  According to him, he took no "stayroids", only "goot food and Weider supplements".  Typical lying sack of shit and steroids.

his onstage heaviest was over 250

at that stage weight he should have had over 19 inchers
