What are some Natural Diuretics? Is Dandelion Root or Buchu leaf any good?

What are you trying to accomplish?  Dandelion is generally regarded to enhance kidney function and increase urination frequency.  Buchu not in that category - it's more medicinal for infection type things.

You can also encourage your body to expel more water by drinking more water, which will deactivate your body's anti-diuretic hormone. (Your body is less prone to "holding" fluid when it senses an excess coming in.) Adding a bit of lemon or lime to your water will add a touch of flavor and also a small bump in diuretic effect.
